泰州市科技局立足“8+13+X”产业链群发展布局，联合发改委、工信局、商务局制定《泰州市推进重点产业链规模以上工业企业研发机构全覆盖实施计划》，以“市区联动、协同推进、统一标准”为原则，按下企业研发机构建设“加速键”，为泰州高质量发展注入新动能。
